Now that GitLab properly hyperlinks bug references in commit messages to BTS,
it is time to add post-receive hooks for Adélie projects so that these commits
update the relevant bugs on BTS.

For integration with git, the most common choice appears to be GitZilla[1]. The
configuration may need to be adjusted so that GitLab and GitZilla look for the
same pattern for bug references since it appears the defaults for each do not
match one another.
