Hello -

As a part of the review process for Works on Arm, I'd
love to hear how your efforts are going, and to know if
you still need access to arm64 servers at Packet.

Arm management is not as familiar with Adelie Linux
as they are with some other distributions, so your
servers are under review. Any evidence that the systems
are in active use and that you are making progress
with them that would be difficult to replicate otherwise
would be welcomed as a part of that review.

thanks

Ed

Dear Ed,

I'm the project lead of Adélie Linux.  Last year you approved us for a
Works-on-ARM server that we could use to build our distribution on.
(Thank you so much!)

We had a question about your cluster... Are there any openings for a
Taishan 2280?  We love our current 64-bit builder and its amazing number
of cores/speed, but we've had further requests for 32-bit ARM support,
and our 32-bit ARM builder right now is a pathetic 2-core Cortex-A53.
It takes 60 hours to build Qt 5 on it!

The ability to have a much more powerful system to build 32-bit packages
on would be great.  We would be willing to replace our current system
with a Taishan.

Please let us know ahead of time so we can migrate our data off of our
current system, if you do approve our request.  If this should be filed
on GitHub Issues instead, I will be happy to post our request there.

Thank you so much for your continued support of our project.  We really
appreciate it.

On behalf of Adélie - all our best,
