DEP-4: Package manager

This section only talks about selecting packages, but as mentioned in the
shortcomings of other installers, it's important to be able to preselect
repositories and signing keys as well.

As part of that, I think it's a requirement that the user can do a fully offline
installation, by selecting (or providing a path to) a local repository. This
applies if the user is installing on an airgapped machine, or even a laptop that
requires firmware for wireless access.

DEP-6: Network script loading

The ability to load the script off the live media (e.g. USB stick) seems to have
been forgotten here.

Otherwise, it looks great!

Once concern I have, given the schedule, is the tendency to want to optimize the
performance/memory usage of the components being used (e.g. the library for
working with packages). Something that's complete, but requires a computer with
more than the "minimum requirements" given here, is much more valuable than a
half-written but super-efficient application.
