I am pleased to announce that the final version of Project Horizon's
Vision document is available at:

This incorporates all of the feedback that the community provided.
Thank you all so much for your input.
The next draft will be for functional requirements, and it should be
available over the coming days. The feedback window for this document
will likely be three or four days, since it will have more technical detail.
