[Horizon] Project Horizon: Software Requirements Specification Draft / RFC

Hello all, The time has finally come: the Project Horizon SRS draft has been written and we are now officially in the comment period. As the specification is very long and it is imperative that the community have plenty of time for input, the comment period is set to run until 09:00 AM on the first of October, Central Daylight Time. That is 14:00 UTC, 1st October.
