Adélie indeed only ships libre software, as mentioned on
https://www.adelielinux.org/ and

There is however the independent "APK Fission" project which aims to
provide software which doesn't adhere to Adélie's license policy. Among
other things, it includes the linux-firmware package with firmware blobs
for common wifi chips and GPUs. You can find it here:
